A book in which the Austrian-born, London-based photographer Marion Trestler documents the lives and stories of Austrian women who came to the United Kingdom to work after 1945. This project was featured in the Southbank Women of the World festival and BBC Women’s Hour. I translated some parts of the book, which contains both German and English sections, and edited others.
